For the rejuvenated Shaw Plaza in Balestier, Earth Stone proudly supplied a curated selection of tiles, granites, and specialty surface finishes that enhanced both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of this mixed use development.

Scope of Works

• Olivewood flamed granite
  Featured prominently across all common areas, the granite was installed in a herringbone pattern that highlights its natural texture while providing long lasting durability.

• Granites and Blue Pearl stone for water features
  Carefully selected materials brought depth, shimmer, and a premium finish to focal points across the development.

• Peranakan tiles for F and B zones
  Introduced vibrant cultural character and heritage charm, reinforcing the identity of these spaces.

• Coloured subway tiles for restrooms
  Red subway tiles for the Ladies’ toilets and green subway tiles for the Men’s toilets added bold, gender specific distinction. These were paired with ceramic floor tiles to ensure a clean, cohesive, and durable finish.

• Timber look tiles for lift lobbies
  Installed diagonally on vertical surfaces, these tiles added warmth and movement to the walls, creating a dynamic yet refined design feature.
