2) About Earth Stone

We supply ceramic and homogenous tiles, granite, marble, slabs and related materials for residential and commercial projects in Singapore.

3) Website Use

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and without infringing the rights of others.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.
• Content is provided “as is”; while we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant completeness or error-free content.

4) Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, product names, graphics, and other content on the Site are owned by Earth Stone or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5) Products, Specifications & Colour Variation

• Natural variation: Stone and tile products may vary in colour, tone, veining, texture, calibration, and finish between batches and from images shown. Samples are indicative only.
• Technical data: Slip ratings, dimensions, and performance values are manufacturer-provided and subject to tolerances. Confirm suitability with your designer/contractor.
• Availability: Stocks, lead times, and models may change without notice.

6) Pricing & Quotations

• Where prices are shown, they are indicative and may exclude GST, delivery, handling, and installation unless stated.
• Formal quotations supersede website prices and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Orders are confirmed upon our written acceptance and any required deposit.

7) Orders, Delivery & Risk

• We may require a deposit for special or indent orders.
• Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection; title passes upon full payment.

8) Inspection & Claims

Please inspect goods upon delivery. Notify us in writing of shortfall or visible damage within 48 hours and of latent defects within 7 days of discovery. Do not install defective or incorrect materials; installation is deemed acceptance.

9) Returns & Exchanges

• Returns require prior written approval.
• Generally limited to unopened, full boxes in saleable condition within 7 days of delivery; special/indent orders are non-returnable.
• A restocking fee (e.g., 15%) and return transport charges may apply; proof of purchase required.

10) Installation & Usage

We do not provide installation unless expressly agreed in writing. Installation must be carried out by qualified professionals following manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.

11) Warranties & Liability

• Products are supplied with any manufacturer warranties (if applicable).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit liability to replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price, at our option.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., project delays, labour costs, loss of profit).

12) Third-Party Sites & Tools

Links or embeds (e.g., maps) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supply disruptions, strikes, acts of God, transport issues, government actions).
