Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to confirm delivery timing, site access, and drop-off details.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver island-wide across Singapore using our dedicated in-house fleet.

• As tiles and stones are heavy and fragile materials, doorstep delivery is not available.

  • For condominium projects: delivery will be made to the appointed drop-off point or designated unloading bay.

  • For HDB estates or landed homes without direct access: delivery will be made to the nearest accessible roadside area.

• Customers or their appointed contractors are responsible for moving the materials from the drop-off point to the installation site.

Delivery Time & Charges

• Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 business days after processing.

• For restricted areas, non-standard access, or special timing requests, additional lead time or handling charges may apply.

• Free delivery is available for orders above SGD [insert amount].

• Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee, calculated based on quantity, weight, and location.

Self-Collection

Customers may choose to self-collect their orders from either of the following locations:

• Office: 130 Joo Seng Road, Singapore

• Warehouse: 5 Nehthyl Road, Singapore

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring along your order number and identification upon pickup.

Availability

We offer overseas shipping to selected regions. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether shipping to your destination is available.

Processing & Handling

• Overseas orders typically require 4 to 8 business days for packing and export documentation.

• We work with trusted freight forwarders and international couriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all materials.

Shipping Method & Fees

• Shipping options include sea freight, air freight, or express courier services, depending on the destination and order size.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on volume, weight, destination, and shipping method.

• All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise arranged.

Insurance & Claims

• All international shipments are insured up to the declared value to protect against damage or loss during transit.

• Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and notify us within 3 business days if any damage or discrepancy is found.

• Unloading Access: Ensure the delivery site has a safe and clear unloading zone suitable for truck access.

• Storage Conditions: Once delivered, materials should be kept on a dry, flat surface and protected from direct sunlight or rain.

• Additional Handling: If manpower is required to move materials beyond the unloading point, please arrange separately.
